1. Platform Scope & Educational Purpose

Trading Tracker Technologies is a proprietary financial self-journaling, discipline analytics, and equity tracking utility developed by Anurag Patel. The software is provided purely for mathematical calculation, record-keeping, and educational self-evaluation purposes.

We are NOT a SEBI registered investment advisor, portfolio manager, or stock broker. The platform does not issue buy/sell calls, signals, or guaranteed profit tips.

2. User Accounts & Security

When you create an account, register via OTP, or use our desktop/mobile instances:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, OTPs, and private backup JSON files.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or pirate the application code, APK packages, or API endpoints.
• Any unauthorized automated scraping, bot spamming, or exploitation of the server infrastructure will lead to immediate account termination.

3. VIP Pro Membership & Subscriptions

Trading Tracker Technologies offers flexible VIP licensing plans (ranging from 1 Month, 6 Months, 1 Year, 2 Years to Lifetime Pro Access). VIP Pro grants advanced privileges including Live Chart Paper Trading, AI Trade Coaching, Unlimited PDF/Excel exports, and Custom Setup Metrics.

• Free Trial Period: All newly registered users are eligible for an unrestricted 30-Day (1 Month) Free Trial to thoroughly evaluate all features before purchasing.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via official UPI, QR Code, or Razorpay gateways. Upon payment confirmation, license activation is processed instantly or within 10 minutes via our automated sync server.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Trading Tracker Technologies provides a fully functional 30-Day (1 Month) Free Trial prior to purchase, all VIP digital license activations and subscriptions are considered final and non-refundable once activated.

If you experience any technical defect or duplicate payment deduction, please email our support team at support@thetradingtracker.com with your transaction ID within 48 hours for immediate resolution or credit correction.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, algorithms, source code, logos, visual designs, UI graphics, and software documentation related to Trading Tracker Technologies remain the exclusive property of Anurag Patel. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for individual personal trading tracking.

6. Third-Party Links & Broker Integrations

The platform may contain links to third-party brokerages, TradingView charting widgets, or partner offers. We do not endorse, control, or assume liability for third-party platforms, their privacy policies, or brokerage commission structures.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

Trading Tracker Technologies is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Trading financial derivatives (Futures & Options), equities, commodities, and cryptocurrencies involves significant risk of capital loss.

In no event shall Anurag Patel or Trading Tracker Technologies be held liable for any trading losses, missed profits, data loss, or market damages resulting from the use or inability to use this software.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms & Conditions.
